RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN WINDOW
14 days from delivery date, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging

RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us through the contact form in the header within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide return instructions

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: International return shipping typically costs €20-40. We recommend using tracked shipping. Returns without tracking cannot be processed.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover processing costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of packaging

Approved cases receive a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Items that show signs of wear or damage will be rejected

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Underwear
- Swimwear (once hygiene seal is broken)
- Items marked as Final Sale

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us through the header.

EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or item you want.
