Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• Europe: 10–20 business days
• North America: 12–25 business days
• Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number will be emailed 48–72 hours after your order is placed. Please note: tracking may not update for 7–10 days while your package clears customs. This is normal for international shipments.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are not included in your order total and are determined by your country's customs office.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, contact your local postal service.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs. Double-check your address before completing checkout.

Order Changes

You have 2 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancellations. After that, orders are sent to fulfillment and cannot be modified.
