Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. After that, all sales are final.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Return Shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs. International returns typically cost €20–40 to ship back to our warehouse.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@oblvn.us within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions
  4. Ship the item back with tracking
  5. Refund processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the defect or damage
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

No Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
