SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide from our international fulfillment partners. All orders include tracking.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- North America: 12-25 business days  
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 48-72 hours of your order being shipped.

Important: International tracking may not update for 7-10 days while your package is in transit or clearing customs. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

SHIPPING COSTS
- All orders: €6.99 flat rate worldwide shipping

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country's customs office. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

If you receive a request for payment from DHL, your local post office, or customs agency, please pay the fee to receive your package. We cannot refund customs charges.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by you
- Packages delayed by carriers or customs
- Packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Contact your local post office or carrier
3. Wait 24-48 hours as some carriers mark packages "delivered" before final drop-off

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- You are responsible for any reshipment costs
- No refunds will be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided
- If the package is returned to sender, you may be charged a restocking fee

Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to sender as undeliverable and it was due to:
- Incorrect address you provided: No refund issued
- You refused delivery: No refund issued
- You did not pay customs fees: No refund issued

ORDER CHANGES
Address changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@oblvn.com. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be modified.
